Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions businesses ask most often about equipment, training, support and licensing. If your question is not here, talk to a specialist.
Pricing and purchasing
How much does the equipment cost?
Pricing depends on the equipment, the configuration and whether you are building a single station or a complete setup. Request pricing and a specialist will send figures for your specific list.
Can I buy a single machine rather than a package?
Yes. Many businesses start with one machine and add to it. A specialist can also show you how that machine fits into a larger workflow later.
Do you sell to businesses outside the automotive trade?
Equipment is sold for commercial use. Typical buyers are wheel repair companies, collision centers, tire shops, dealerships, fleet services and auctions.
What are the lead times?
Availability varies by machine. A specialist will confirm current lead times when they send your pricing.
Training, support and setup
Is training included?
Training is available with equipment purchases and is part of the licensing opportunity. The exact format is confirmed with a specialist.
What support is available after purchase?
Ongoing support covers equipment questions, process guidance and operational help. Licensed operators receive a broader support package.
What space and power do I need?
Requirements differ by machine. Share your floor plan and available power supply and a specialist will confirm what will work in your space.
Can the equipment be used in a mobile unit?
Yes. Several machines are configured for van, trailer, box truck and pod builds. See the mobile solutions page for the typical setups.
The licensing opportunity
What is the difference between buying equipment and licensing?
Buying equipment gives you the machines and training on them. Licensing adds the business model: network access, systems, coatings supply, marketing support, a branded or co-branded website and territory discussion.
